Before Booking
Please read carefully before booking. Braid services are available for clients aged 3-18 only. All services include a shampoo and conditioner. If preferred, you can book a shampoo service separately and add your desired style. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify me before leaving so we can resolve any concerns immediately.
Booking Site Policy
1. General Terms By using our booking site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our online platform.
A valid payment method is required to confirm reservations.
A non-refundable deposit fee of $25 is required at the time of booking.
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund, excluding the deposit fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $40 including the deposit fee.
No-shows will not be refunded.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and additional deposit fee.
5. Payment & Fees
Payments are processed securely through our platform.
A non-refundable deposit fee of $25 is required for all bookings.
Additional fees may apply for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
6. Client Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy of personal and booking details.
Arrive on time for appointments to avoid disruptions.
Follow any specific instructions provided for your booking.
7. Service Provider Responsibilities
Deliver services as described on the platform.
Notify users promptly of any changes or cancellations.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damages related to bookings.
Any disputes must be reported within 2 days of the service date.
9. Privacy Policy
User information is collected and stored securely.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
